FAQ's

Do you require a deposit? 
 

  • We ask for a £50 non-refundable booking fee on completion of the booking. The remaining balance is required 14 days prior to the party date.

 

How much are your services? 

  • We have a minimum balloon installation price which is £200. This covers up to 8ft balloon arch. For personalised balloon displays with props (floral arrangements, arches, boards, cake plinths etc) prices start from £215. 


What areas do you cover? 

  • Delivery, set up and collection is included in the price for up to 10 miles of Cambuslang, Glasgow. An additional charge of £1  per mile will be charged for parties outside of our free delivery zone. 


How long does it take to set up?

  • Set up takes between 1 to 3 hours.   We bring a lot of equipment with us so it would be helpful for us to park as close to the venue as possible and that access to where we are setting up is clear. Collection takes up to 30min. 

 

What is your cancellation policy?
 

  • We understand that things don't always go to plan and there maybe a need for you to change the date or even cancel your booking.   If this happens please let us know as soon as you can and we will see what we can do to help.  Unfortunately the booking fee is non-refundable if you cancel. Please refer to our T&C's for full information.

I've planned an outdoor party but what if it rains? 
 

  • If you planned to have your  party outside and the weather turns or the forecast is not looking good, we can set it up inside instead, or you could provide a gazebo. 


What happens if there's a damage to the equipment and accessories?

  • In the event of any damage we will contact you to discuss.  Please refer to our T&C's for full information which also details our replacements costs.
